Initiate Return
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Lanificio Colombo tags and seals remain attached and intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping information.
Dispatch and Refund
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected by our artisans, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
